Hello, hum... do anyone knows if there's any card to reduce de casting time of lightning bolt and increase its damage ( just like siroma (cold bolt) or imp (fire bolt))

If there ever comes such a card, I'm gonna petition Gravity to add Wind resistance to the Valkyrja's Shield :P
