Is Cobalt Mineral summonable by Dead Branch?

RMS says no, but another website says yes. Is Cobalt Mineral summonable by Dead Branch? I kind of don't want to crack a thousand DBs to figure it out. I'm asking because of Elemental Sword!

According to eA and the eA reenwal, they are not.

Also not in the rA branch file neither.  The other website might be talking about the official server. 

So depend where you play, and best to ask your server.

Not making cobalt mineral available is kind of unfair in my opinion, especially when monsters like ghostring are summonable. Oh well.
