They aren't avaiable on official servers yet (unless a GM spawns some). So this means the way of getting such on a private server depends on it.

i play in SurgeRO server...so anybody know how to make kahoo??

Have you ever thought about asking that on > SurgeRO forum <? This site is for general discussion about servers, not server specific question about particular items which should be asked on the specified server.

SurgeRO buy 1 for 10M , Making 10M just take an hour - go and hit obeaunes , those saints robe and the shields from Cornutus oughta do the magic ^_~
