Gleipnir

 could someone please tell me where to make a  Gleipnir the item i need to make a meg. ive got all the guild castle items i need to make the meg but i cant find where to combine them to make the  Gleipnir. i play on a privet sever where all you need to do is collect the items to make it you dont have to do the unseal quests.
so if any one could tell me where/how to combine the guild items into a  Gleipnir it would be appreciated.
