Frenzy does work during WoE, if that's what you're asking.

Dispelling Frenzy: Works, but after dispelling LK has full HP, so he's in no way neutralized, and if he has SP he can simply cast it again.
Slowing down(Slow Grace, Quagmire, Decrease AGI): Works, but Frenzy gives speed boost, so it's not as effective.
Full stop(Ankle Snare/Fiber Lock): Probably best option, only drawback is that traps will trigger on anybody, not just enemies.
Counter-attacks(Root/Reflect): All fine and good... considering the LK will bother with attacking you, which is unlikely. Frenzy is Emp breaker first and foremost.
Divest: FCP. Who even uses divest anymore?

Besides, LKs have much higher HP mods, and LK Card cuts already mediocre SinX's HP by half.

I can see something like -> EDP SinX vs LK. <- both have berserk skill

Say that the LK do hit the SinX due to phreeoni card, then the crit of the sinX is around 2k.
Of course. the SinX wouldn't wear the LK card unless already in critical life. =P

Say here,EDP does a LOT of damage, which will make the LK use the berserk skill immediately.

Once the sinx lack HP, he'll change equipment and use the berserk skill right away!

Sonic Blow with EDP surely own the LK. admit it.
Even if the LK has around 40k++ HP, a sonic blow can hit up to 2k damage each.=2x8 = 16k, what else would've happened if the guy was linked.

Actually, for LK, Two Hand Quicken + Berserk Potion + Frenzy = 190Aspd even with 1 AGI.

Hm, well one hand quicken will be a lot better for some reason. Shields do block 30% of the damage.
