Its more about in that its extremely difficult to get, it does grant frozen immunity though. Its just that its not only a mvp card but on a normal low drop server it has a .01% chance to drop.

I would probably take a Marc over a Detale card.  Chances are, with that lost MDEF, it'd be harder to break a precast, even if LP did proc.

Hell if you need LP just find a sage. :P

Back on topic. To add more, some good options to put your card in would be a Silk Robe[1] ( for the +10MDEF ) ; a Lord Clothes[1] (+1 INt +5MDEF for merch classes) ; or  Aebeccee's Raging Typhoon Armor[1] (if your server has a quest for it).
