How do I proceed to drop a castle?

Good evening, everyone...

I couldn't find this info anywhere (maybe I just don't know where to look, but...), só I'm asking here:
I know that, if you break a guild, it's castles will be dropped, which means, filled with monsters... But I also Know (or I think I know) that there is another way to drop them, without breaking the guild...
Can anyone tell me how, or if it is really possible?

Hm. o.o I've never heard of this, actually. Of course, if by dropping it you mean simply not owning it anymore, you can simply let someone else take control of it. =P But, I've never heard of filling a castle with monsters by losing the castle, and I don't think there's a lot of other ways to lose a castle after taking it. I kind of doubt iRO originally thought anyone would want to lose ownership of a castle without it being taken from them, after they worked so hard to get it in the first place. xD

When i used to play at kRO based server, that was pretty common, actually...
A small guild got the castle, but in the next WoE they wouldn't be able to hold it, so they dropped it to make it harder for people to get it, it was a low rate and no one really had full set of equips XD
Now I play at a server that is based on brazilian RO (yes, I'm brazilian), and my guild is "retiring" from WoE for the time being, but we have a few castles with eco 7x, and we really wanted to break that without having to break the guild or make another guilds...

Anyway, if there is a way, please post it here... If you know that there is not, post it as well...

There used to be an option from the castle butler npc, it was removed a long time ago as far as I know. You could always delete the guild.. altough that's probably not something fun to do, otherwise you'll have to take it again and again with 2 guilds to break eco to the ground.

If we make another guild, we just take the castle and then break the guild... -_-
But we don't want to have to go on another WoE to do that...

Another question, for that matter: is it possible to break a guild during WoE? o.o

I was thinking during the day, about breaking a guild during WoE... I don't think it is possible... You can't even make/undo alliances during it... You can only recruit or expel members, but i think that's all you can do during WoE... o.o
