Like Am Mut Card, does it also increase the  party members experience?

As far as I know, only the char equipped by that card gains increased exp, no matter who from party actually killed the mob.

Edit: okay linking it is being a pain in my butt, so heres what you do:

go to the RMS item search window
leave all the search options blank
under "Item Script Containing" type "bexpadd"

and that should give you the list
