No. You can only remove the blind sprite. You can't hex away status ailments. RMS doesn't support hijacking/hacking clients or botting etc.(As far as I'm aware. In any case majority of the people on this site are admins, and would instantly block you if they saw you ingame if you admited it. Haha.)
