If so, as far as I see it, there's no quest. Unless your server made one for it. Which, would mean. You should be asking your server how to make it. =x

Yea you cant obtain tiger mask anymore besides custom quest npcs.

Its a great headgear though and was once dropped by eddga =/
I really loved that headgear when it was dropable.
