What stat decreases the time being frost?

I've seen some players getting frozen then less than 1 or 2 second they frost ailment gets broken...

I tried 99 VIT for my WS but still the frost ailment takes longer than 3-5 seconds.

int x.x" both pre and post renewal ....

@ 150, 100+ int = un freezable
