How do u get there manually without the @warp or warpra or anything like that?

walk or talk to kafra, use teleport and more walking.

get a priest, save warp.

get a card that enables use of teleport when u receive physical atk (creamy? O__O forgot)

ok, assuming that by gef dun 03 u mean...geffen dungeon where are the wraith deads are?

if so, you have to complete the hellion quest.

Gef dun 3 = place with doppel? If so, just got through Geffen Tower basement, past the poison mushroom and Dracula floors.
