Isn't Toy Factory still present? Even with lower rates, selling the well-baked cookies or piece of cakes can make a lot of money. If that's the best area to farm zeny then you should optimize a farming character for it.

I think you should start Sleeper farming. Great Nature drops at 25% in official rates. 1 great nature = 6-10 green lives. Average is you can get 7 green lives w/ over charge= 4340z.

If you have at least 1k great nature. Do the math. You can probably get 4-6m per 1k stack.

Depending on the size of the server and the availability of Warps, you can sell Warps with a Priest.

You can farm in desert wolfs for stilettos or Pasanas for both stilettos and undershirts. They give decent amount of zeny per hour.
