One way that I found works for me is to examine the market. Economy = win.
Sometimes if you see that upped slotted gear sells for a lot, start training on things that drop [1] armors. Then farm some elu, and up them. Some servers were the gap between the rich and poor is too high, simple things like cake or elu/ori sell for a LOT. It just depends on the needs of the people.

And also, the class that would be best is rogue/stalker in my honest opinion.
