Have you ever considered going to another server you might like more? It seems you don't enjoy way the things are at your current server.

To Anti-Static Foam Cleaner:

Zerom cards do drop. I have found tons of them at low rate servers. My main source of money it is.

I've been playing on Valk for a month and I got one(1) card. And it was Poporing. I gave it away for free.

Then again "low rate" is stuff even up to 10x, finding a card on a 10x is banal.

I've also heard people mention they don't get much card in the free Valk server, it's lower than the other premium servers isn't it? It's actually 0.8x (even if they call it 1x) if I'm not mistaken, meaning cards are 1/12500, in that case don't hunt for cards it'll take forever.

What levels are your characters, maybe we can help you better if we know what you have to work with.

How I make Zeny

Just starting as a fresh born novice, I grind my way up until I become - FIRST CLASS!

I would then, lvl in Payon Dungeon 0. Don't get mistaken, lvl in Payon Dungeon is where the Army of Skeletons gather. Payon Dungeon is a favorite for most because of its awesome loots and easy exp. Loots such as Skull Ring, Opal and Mace can be found here. NPC these items.

A common and persistent misconception. Valk is 1x, the premiums just got permanently upped to 1.25x. So yeah, I guess you could say that Valk is 0.8x of a premium, except premium rates were increased so not really.

Ok sorry for this, I thought they didn't up the premium and simply played with words to make the walk server seem to have higher rates than it does. Still 1/10000 can take a painfully long time to get.

Make a dagger gank rogue. The most expensive item you'll probably need later on are you VVS Elemental Damascuses. On my server (heRO) these are worth about 600-800k a pop. What I like is if you party with a smith too then you'll be able to have their overthrust move without worrying about the wep breaking! But before you get that far, try to get yourself a cheap pantie+undershirt combo. This will help your thief to have the flee he'll need to get to rogue. You'll at some point buy a regular damascus or gladius to help you deal out the damage you'll need to be doing until you get elemental damas.

Once you are a rogue however, quickly pick up the gank skill. Gank is amazing, it will autosteal some great loots sometimes. This makes for easier farming for items too since you can essentially get two for one on items from many different monsters.

Now maps to consider farming on are pretty open. Here are some I know of that my stalker on heRO does along with other rogue players

Hillwinds: Talk about easy when you finally can hit them, their harpy feathers+talons will help you to start making some hard cash to hopefully purchase those ele damas.

Sohee: The card is good, but there are also mufflers to get and another item many players will buy is the authoritative badges. I sell these generally to lazy players for 7.5k on my server, I seen them on other servers go from 2.5k-10k, just depends on economy of server and droprate.

Gonryun Dungeon 1: This is why you will probably want to get fire+earth damascus first. If the droprate on your server is about 3x or above you will love the royal jellies that drop. Those sell for a pretty penny to some players if they are buying them for cooking or WoE use or to npc's even for 3.5k zeny without OC. Unfortunately the other drops in Gon Dungeon 1 suck overall to sell 'cept Zipper Bear card.

Byalan 4: Rogues excel here, they can hold a lot, the drops sell at a so so price, and so many useful cards that people will buy from you for high prices. However, I suggest only going here if you are interested in card hunting, as there aren't enough marine spheres on the map to try farming chains [3]'s.

Grab items to any popular headgears people like to make, custom or official. People are bothered by some dungeons like going to Louyang 3 or whatever, where a dagger rogue can do pretty darn good at unless the Hyeguns decide to do their nasty crit attacks too much >.<

Anyway, I suggest if you do manage to 99 a rogue, definentely trans it. Having the capability to hold onto your bowling bash you'll be plagirizing a lot along with being able to grab sword mastery is very very very helpful (plus never forget the hp+sp bonuses!). Anyway, that's all I got for now.

It's not a bad server and i like it. The problems with it are the lower than normal drop rate, no teleport skill, no fly and butterfly wings, lots of bots, lack of good players to boost the economy. Other than those, it's a very enjoyable server, i just hate those lazy players, that's all.

i always find elunimums are a good way to pocket some cash
along with hill winds, but everyone knows about that now....
karvo's are always good to sell to sins....

but it depends on the majority of the classes on your server, lots of sins means karvo prices go up so hunt those, lots of creators means that stem prices/etc, go up, and so on, so its best to first find out information about the server's economy, then base what you hunt on that

Oic, so just see what's on demand and get them, right? The jobs here are pretty balanced, majority are knights, wizards, hunters, assassins, support priests, monks, ninjas, gunners, taekwons, star gladiators. But these are bots without a doubt. I managed to sell some oranges(500), strawberries(750), blue potions(5k) and herbs(3k) to others. Might seem silly, but sell blue pots to NPCs are worthless, only 1z, in our server.

but the down side to that is you might have to change hunting places a lot, because people come and go so what everyone needs the most can come and go ^^

Yeah, i guess so. However, i'd been leveling at wolf map, 2 west of alberta. I'd found lots of strawberries and junks for sale, and i leveled all my 1st and 2nd characters very decently there, until job 40 for 1st, job 20 for 2nd. But i wonder why noone had ever mentioned about here here in some faqs and guides. SP items(blue herbs and strawberries) do appear rather often there.

Mmmm, I wasn't thinking of suggesting wolves to you as you were looking for zeny, not experience so much. However, that map is one of the easiest maps ever for fighters to level up at thankfully.

And keeping up with a server's economy is difficult, but if you do it you can cash in a lot.

Miyabi Doll in Amatsu dungeon is a good way to make start money with "Star Crumb", 2,2k in npc, or 5k+ to some lazy smith, and is fairy easy to drop (12,5% in x1 drop rate)

How exactly can you earn the money to get the proper gears early in the game? I struggled too much and i feel really frustrated about it.
