Going by the list under "Dungeon Links" from here: http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=map_db, and not including the guild dungeons and instances, which dungeons would you consider the be the most popular, which the best leveling spots, and for which level ranges?

Your link is not showing the list of dungeons. But here you go.

LHZ dungeon is the best plvling dungeon for me (High rate server) because exp are great and monsters are easy to kill...Except for those in LHZ level 3 :D

Link is fixed now  /heh It was taking the comma as part of it XD

Personally, I think Nameless Island is still one of my favorites, the lower levels are nice for parties, and the first two levels are amusing as a priest as a place to just tele around and TU/healbomb. And the music is cool.
