does status inflicting cards like marina work when you miss??

I believe it works only when you hit not miss ( referring to flee )

Actually, I believe it depends on how you miss.

For example:
It wont work if you miss because of too high flee.
It will work if you miss because of kyrie, pnuema or safety wall.

I'm basing this on the fact that I know status arrows work if you are shooting at someone standing in pnuema so I think the same thing would work with status cards.

Yeah, if you spam FO with a Marina card on someone in Pneuma, you still have a chance to freeze them.

If the attack would normally hit, it will still do the status effect for Safety Wall and Pneuma. Not sure about Kyrie Eleison, though.

If you miss because of high flee, it shouldn't carry effects. That goes for any attack.

Won't carry effects.  You shouldn't have such low dex that'd you be missing in the first place, though.

If you're a class that rely's on status effects in PvP and WoE, it would make sense you have high dex >_>
