does lag lowers flee rate???

well, like the old times in official ROs i have always blames lag when it lags n kills my sin/hunter in an instant even w/ a good flee rate.
does lag really lowers flee rates.

No, but lag does make your chary stay in a spot long enough so they take multiple hits. :P

when someone kills me in pvp, i say "F***ing lag" or "sorry i was lag'ing"

AS FAR AS I UNDERSTAND THE REASON BEHIND THAT WHY YOU THINK THAT LAG AFFECTS YOUR FLEE RATE IS THAT BECAUSE YOU CANT MOVE AND FIGHT BUT THE AGGRESSIVES GETS MANY AND MANY BUT U DONT SEE THEM SO WHEN THE REAL TIME COMES BACK,YOU ARE ALREADY DEAD..

Psychologically, we feel that lag reduces our flee rate because we are don't see what happened when we lag,  we didn't felt the 'missing time' when we lag. We could have been fighting a monster for 10 seconds, we lagged approximately 4 seconds lets say. During the 10 seconds, our mind only reacts to the 6 seconds when we're not lagging. Thus it leads us to conclude that we actually died in 6 seconds.
