From what I believe, I think this "not all" means out of 100 players only 1-2 of em are considered the "not all" ones. Honestly, they wouldn't have been hated if they didn't show that side of them on international servers. I can say that they have brought this to themselves.

Honestly, just like most other people who've posted in this thread, I just tend to sorely dislike annoying and/or stupid people.
Those really frustrating folks who run around in PvP with their mouths open about a foot wide, spewing forth negativity and other things induce gagging.

Pinoys and BRs have more or less taken a stereotypical view at this point. Heck, many people/groups/religions have taken stereotypical views pushed upon them by society for no real reason. Pinoys aren't really alone on that one, sadly.

Suggestion: Listen to "Imagine" by John Lennon. It's a nice song either way.

One of my best friends(a Filipino) told me something interesting before...

There's a distinct difference between Filipinos and "Pinoys". Especially on MMOs.

Now, I've had the great opportunity to make friends with all nationalities(Nationality, not RACE, get it straight, people). I ran defence during WoE in a squadron of eight led by a Brazilian LK player named Leo. I've had Malaysian players on both of my servers(CorrosiveRO and SolsticeRO) and they were wonderful, fun people with a great sense of humor. Spanish players are cool because I'm decent at Spanish(enough to communicate), and they're funny as well, nothing beats a "jejejeje" as they spin around on the ground post-mortem.

I've also known some great Filipino players as well, and I even went as far as to change times for the players I had from the Philippines so they can participate in server events and War of Emperium.

The difference I'm getting at is that the Filipinos have always been respectful, caring, helpful people who just want to play the game. The "pinoys" are the ones who will step on anybody to get what they want, break every rule they find, hack, bot, and generally make people miserable. As for "Why does everybody hate pinoys", I think if you have been playing RO for a considerable amount of time, you'll see why. Nothing like trying to fight back in PVP after being ganged by them to get your PM box looking like this...

This sums it up perfectly.  I've met many cool filipinos over the past few years, a couple of them are even really good friends of mine.  Filipinos are great fun to be around.  "Pinoys" though, tend to be a different thing, they often seem to get some sort of pleasure out of making others unhappy. (they're often seen spamming the emote when they're purposely upsetting others) They're often lazy too, often seen begging for hours for zeny/leeches in town after only playing on their server for less than 30 minutes.

I've spent the past week hanging in the test server, and almost everytime I've seen a pinoy (easily recognizable by the alternating caps letters in their name, along with the emote being overused), one of the following incidents usually occurs;

• They spawn a dozen Pori's, Satan Morrocs.. etc with the intention of killing everyone.  They will even mob train these mvps onto others to do so.
• They go around killing any @killable player they can, whilst not turning @killable on themselves
• They purposely try to disrupt anyone who is geniunely testing
• They insult you out of the blue, often in both english and tagalog

As stated above, not all pinoys are like this, but it is a sad fact that a lot of them tend to be.  The above list is just what I've honestly witnessed in the past week during my time on the test server.  Still, I don't hate that nationality, nor will I ever judge a pinoy/filipino until they've actually done something disruptive/annoying.  As others have said, there's many other annoying/idiotic players from all around the world aside pinoys.

What I was trying to say in my post, Is that most people that hate filipinos as a race in whole are mostly stereotypists (I know alot of them are annoyances and pests but some are still good people), and stereotypes in the internet are like memes,
And also, I know filipinos tend to do stupid stuff, yet you cannot judge a whole race by 75% of it, yes, I know i have made some stereotypical jokes ("Filipinos are good at WoE, if they have their robots and barrels filled with rice in them!") but I do not say them to hurt others, and there is pretty much no guarentee that X is Y race, I mean, with so many translators and wikipedia I could easly fake being a German and make the German population in a server look bad.

Hmm... This topic is very intresting.

I for one will admit I am a Filipino, but don't get me wrong I just felt i wanted to reply. Yes I will say there are alot of "dumb*** pinoys that have no life"  and I am serious i have seen internet cafes that offer 24/7 service and guess what I have friends there that go in and don't come out till a day or two.

Now for "Pinoys" speaking there own language its because they are bellow or bordering the poverty line and what makes it funny is that they actually sacrifice real life things for RO things(which makes them poorer). there was this one time back in the day where unbeknown to me that private servers existed and i still played the official in our country. People would actually buy RO items using money and the costs are high the prices range from 20$-200% depending on the item.

Now when i First played my 1st private server NiktoutRO (Epic Fail). I met alot of friends and to them I freely admitted I was a Filipino(and where still great buddies). The thing is this server had a bad economy , stupid GMs and whats worse overrun by pinoys. This in turn actually annoyed me alot. Why? because these conceited bastards where not only doing it to other people they also did it to themselves. not only that but the bragging was pissing me off I mean to send out a server broadcast is worth 100m these people would actually fight and insult each other using the broadcast.

Anyways that's just some experiences I had with fellow countrymen.

Oyea! You could distinguish a decent Filipino from a pinoy! A Pinoy plays in an Internet Cafe while a Filipino plays in there own house beacuse they have there own PCs and Internet.

I mean piss off one of them and you get pm spammed by several of their kind; find one and there's sure to be back up nearby; step on one and they'll try to gang on you; isolate em and they're pathetic. They're more like goblins/cockroaches.

Oh and did I mention they love to complain? Net cafe players are very vulnerable to hacks. When someone gets hacked (like earlier today on Phase) they fill the main chat w/ BAWWWWWWWWWW. Fun to watch at first, then it gets plain annoying.

I'm guessing that it's them and their little cafe army who usually gives the first "corrupt!" scream when things don't go their way even at the slightest hint.

Most "pinoys" Don't bother me. The only people I hate are the cocky people who think they are better than everyone else, the other people I hate are the people who spam and beg nonstop continuously but as long as they speak english, I tend to not care.

It is fun to go one versus many, but most of the ganging pinoys tend to be 5 Assasin Crosses or champs, anyway, atleast tagalog uses the latin alphabet, not like another MMO I played that every 3 minutes someone spams with the cylliric alphabet on the global chat, anyway, most of these self-proclaimed pros will call you a noob when you kill them or you die,

Have you by any chance played Malaysian private servers? Because the word 'sapu' isn't common in normal private servers. Or you're Malaysian?

It really annoys when they complain if we find a gang of our own to fight their gang. If we have more people on our team compared to theirs, they would start cursing and q-qing.
