Class A lvl 4 weapon Quest

None of the npc talks about making a weapon. Any idea why?

You mean the lvl 4 quest for combat knife, brocca, grand cross etc?

No. I meant the quests which give us slaughter, immaterial sword etc. The npc say :

Hmm...I feel something strange from you.
I regret there is nothing i can do for you.
I hope you have a safe travel.

All I know is you have to be above blvl 70.

also, once you've started one you have to finish it.. you can't talk to one NPC, start it's quest then go on to another one without finishing the previous one.

Ahh i already had another Level 4 weapon quest active. That's why the npc refused to talk to me.


Any ideas what question the npc will ask when i bring him all the materials. The guide says i need to answer 1 out of five to get the weapon.
