where can i find or make this and where could i get arrow of counter evil or holy arrow? found it in database, it would be very helpful if the site added the quest guide for items and such instead of having unknown, just a opinion not really a demand.

bow thimble slotted is only obtainable when the socket enchant npc is implented.  Not sure if is implented in official iro yet, but some private server has this.  You can add a slot to headgear, accessory and weapon etc, at a certain success rate of course  .

And, not sure about the arrows.

Also, as a note, slotted Bow Thimbles are hard to make...
In a High Rate server, I've spent over 150million Zeny,
about 150 Elunium, about an hour of my time
gathering the items, and then some more time to actually
make the Bow Thimbles(I've made two) using the npc.
Now... If it was hard to do that even on an HR server...
Imagine how hard to it would be in a LR server and iRO, kRO.

i dun think that it will always that hard to make. i think it depends on the server, if the admin wanted to make it 100% chance it wouldn't be so hard anymore then.

In most servers its just a drop from a Gargoyle, located in pretty much everywhere in glast hiem thats not the castle, the prison, or the chivalry. try it
