There's option to it to pick up different drop rate or another command to pick up specific item by id.

You can specify to autoloot only one item.. or depending on your server, some allow autolooting of more than one specific item. 

The command for it is:
@alootid name or id, so for to autoloot yarn you'd type @alootid yarn or @alootid 7038
