You wont find much cards that give trans skills. At best you can find separate divesting cards, such as Metaling.

You might be looking at it incorrectly.  It might not be "Full strip" but "Strip weapon" or something.
No card that gives "Full strip" exists.

yes, there shouldn't be any card can make full strip,
i'm sure it is a strip weapon card (metalling)
or

whitesmith card (10% chance of breaking armors)
see if ur armors break or no.

I know I'm using glasses, but my eyes aren't bad enough to miss the difference between strip weapon/ full strip...

and I'm pretty sure, he auto cast it about 5 times (on different people)

hmm...reminds me...some time ago, I was testing Drill Katar. Despite of its description, it WAS autocasting regular full strip.

Full strip is skill ID 476.

I ran a seach in the item database for anything else with the skill 476 and drill katar is the only item that uses it.
