Title: [Non-Renewal] What is the best INT based gear for Stalker/Sin-x

Hello guys I want to ask what is the best equipment for maximum INT for stalker or Sin-x ? Also, I wonder if full 99 INT Soul Breaker for sin-x is wise or not, considering that I want to have maximum sp for farming purpose
