[Non-Renewal] Looking for an ideas for interesting WOE Rewards

I start my private ragnarok online server couple month ago, and the server went great day by day.
All player are grinding and never mention about woe, until now.
they are looking for a fight (WOE) and of course with a good rewards.
but recently i was thinking about the reward that might interested more player to join WOE.
im really having trouble here to decide about this. What was in my mind are only the donation coin but without a good amount to be reward to a winning guild.

This highly depend on the rates of the server. However, some popular balanced rewards might contain stuff like Ygg berries/seeds, potions, speed potions, (Enriched) Elu/Ori, Dead/Bloody Branches.
