Contemplating on making a server ranking site (like top200 or whatever)

I want to make a legit voting site so that users and server owners can trust rather than some shady s*** like the $100 whatever donating for extra votes. or whatever they do.

Is anyone interested in seeing this happen?

I will be the only one administrating this, and no one else. (To eliminate any chance of unfairness)
