everyone from lro had each others emails to keep in touch every day regarding the server. i don't think anything else is really needed... maybe cell phone number for texting and stuff... i don't think any thing more is needed.

I'd say the best way that not the forum would be the fast messengers such as YM/MSN, but some people prefer complicated stuff such as Teamspeak or mIRC, and others, just like talking with GM in-game.
