Admin VS GM

Like LunaCharm said, it depends on what server your working on. If it's a huge population, I'd go with a Support/Event GM. If it's a fairly large server, I'd probably do either or.

It is like Luna has stated. It depends on how you decide to set up your infrastructure. Me, I am more inclined to Admining than GMing whereas I have friends who see it in the reverse of that.

It's all about the GM team. If the server Owner is good, he will help. If the Admin is good, he will help. If the GM team is good, they will help. As long as everyone is doing there job and not abusing anything then it should be 100% fine.

Admin with GMs is the way to go.

there has to be someone higher than the GMs
someone to be their check n balance
else all hell breaks loose

Admin should be the owner
GMs should just be staff...
