Rangers Pvp build?

1) Job Class: Sniper
2) Build: Crit Build
3) Item Rate: 10% (mvp cards are easily obtainable)
4) For What PvP
5) Custom Items: Not much only slotted headgear that gives 5% damage to demihumans.
6) Other Customizations: Nothing much pretty normal server, gtb is lowered to 75%
7) 255/120 server

Please help me with cards/equip
