 183.1 or 185.2 ASPD , which of 2 better ASPD for DSing ?
cause idont want to waste my stats ..
other player said, 183.1 ASPD is same to 190 ASPD because of minimum delay between active skill? . which is 0.33s (3 per second)?
please help me guys !
ooops another question , i wondering if there any card that ur target will stone if u attack him? my server don't have any custom items ..
i wondered is that pest card ?he attack me first then i didn't attack him back because i got stone curse .. /bzz ! he is sniper too . sigh ..

Depends on the private server. I believe the most common minimum delay is 0.1 sec.
On my server, I've seen my 190 Aspd friend beats my 189 Aspd DS spam.
Though, it's true your hand can't use 190 aspd perfectly, but 190 Aspd helps spamming better because of shorter animation.
Stone effect from sniper is earth bow[1] + stone arrow.
