Hmm, depends if your on a high rate or low rate. Mostly, you should have max dex and agi on a low rate,  and as much luck as you can get I guess for crits and auto blitz beat. On a high rate, max dex, enough agi for max attack speed and probably luck again for crit and auto blitz beat. You should also get around 90 vit for hp and thats not too much so thana and AD won't eat you. Strength can be okay for arrow carring, other then that, it's useless to the sniper class/job. Always use a 4 slotted bow with hydras, skel workers,TGs,fallen bishop or thana(getting thana and fallen bishop is pretty hard unless your on a super high rate, so there not exatcly needed till later).

if your int is at max the power of F.assault would be great, since its delay is not that too long.

there are a few ways to do this, depending on what you want to do:

if you go mostly skill-less, do some combination of agi+dex, with as many injustice cards as you can get your hands on. you'll be a sonic-blow machine with good fast damage and high flee.

pure falcon: this build is neat because you don't see it much. use a dagger (probably haedoggum on low rate but since you aren't, it doesn't really matter) and have enough dex to hit (this is for pvm, for pvp you'll need more dex and might as well use bow, although if you have enough luck, you'll be fine). get lots of luck and int, and enough agi to give you decent aspd and flee. so here you use falcon assault, then melee, then falcon again after the delay is over. when you get the timing really good on this one you'll be amazing. note that it's not an easy build.

the falcon build can also be done pure hybrid, with agi, dex, luck, and int, using a bow.

traps---> you don't see too many of these but they can be added rather effectively to any build. you'll want some strength to increase your weight limit most likely to carry them all, but if you don't need the strength don't use it. when you get really good at this build, it's fun and ANNOYING for your enemies. have a little int so you can throw traps all over the place without worrying about your sp.

and of course, the pure double strafe build. just have buckets of dex, and enough int so you can spam it like crazy, or bring blue pots with you.

these are just general ideas for you to try out.

my preference is to play skill-less while i level, and then change to the dagger build when killing for fun, and throw traps around the entire time.
