i play a low rate 100/100/(100 for normal mob's, 75 for MVP's, 50 for cards, 1for guild drops) Server, And I'm a lvl 81 hunter. I just need to know where is the best place to level with out much difficulty, all the way to 99, then after transcending, where to level(since more exp per lvl is required after transcension)
Also if possible include gear's/cards to use(no MVP's please)
BTW max level is 99/50 for non rebirthed, and 99/70 for rebirthed

Theres so many places for a hunter to level at. First, go hunt cards and composite bow[4] to make yourself a +10 quadruple something. The cards you get should depend on where you plan to train your 90+ levels.
For Odin get 4 santa poring cards.
For Rachel get 4 hydra cards (which will be good for pvp/woe too)
For Thor get 4 vadon cards
For Anolian get 4 drainliar cards
well snipers great in rachel sancturay... line those mob and sharpshoot skill... bring bloody bow too!!! :D
