and what should i put for my equips and also my card for my bow

and i want to be PvP,WoE and MVP SOLO SNIPER

and i have a 280base,206job

and my stat is str400,agi300,dex70 and the rest is 5

First of all, TSBRO has a stat seller, next to the job changer, I think. Meaning that you can max all your stats. Don't max vit, though, or you will get raped by thana users.

Second, you should look for a guide there. Why?
Because builds revolve around GM cards/special customs.

Almost every normal card is useless :x

It sort of depends on what kind of server you play. There really can't be one guide for every sniper on every server out there.

I completely agree with CookieEater (it is), Tom and ShineRO.
But what's missing is an answer for those stat of yours.

Ranged attacks (such as Bows and guns) increase their real damage with DEXTERITY (by 1 Atk per point, having a boost each 10 points), not STRENGHT (well, yeah, it affects too, but in a very poor way, giving only 1 Atk every 5 points, and having no boosts) .

Id recommend putting those 400 Str points in Dex, and vice versa with those 70 Dex points. You should notice a huge increase of your attack this way (and i mean, HUGE, like... 400 times your current damage).

Beast Strafing is a pretty fun thing to do, though your targets will be limited, but you will still need to invest in Dex. I did some math and simulating on it long ago but full Dex or high Dex + moderate Str works best if I recall correctly, since you're alternating Double Strafe and Beast Strafe and NOT spamming just Beast Strafe.

Well yeah, you'd still need Dex but who knows what a lot of people think when they come up with builds
