High Rate, Sniper Question

Ok so....I'm on a High Rate with 5000/9000/2000 as the Rates, and max stats would be...400

Can anyone help me with a Double Strafe Build Sniper?


This is my Stats so far:
STR:100+4
AGI:118+ 11 (197 Atk Spd)
VIT:307+2 (WoEing/PvPing Type of Sniper)
INT:400+5
DEX:400+33
LUK:218+8 (Auto Blitz and Crit)


Weapon is:
+10 Composite Bow [4]
Card Compounded:
Hydra Card x2 Turtle General Card x2


Can anyone help me? PLEASE I really need to get stronger, I kept on looking for a Good Build and found nothing, so i went here. PLEASE HELP!!!

Thanatos,TGenX2, WS card would be better. I'd say go with SK, but on a rate that high most people are probably using fag build. Since Snipers aren't very tankly, I'd also suggest a sinx card if you can get your hands on one.

i suggested 1 incantation samurai n 3xTG, coz incantation can ignore def of a player, but, it is not 2good 4hunting....

If you want to do PvP, then I would suggest not adding in as much INT. INT should be only needed for SP,  Scrolls (if you decide to) and/or Blitz Beast. So much VIT makes you easy kill to Thanatos users. Archer Class has good range to be able to escape from Wizards and etc as long as you use it wisely. LUK adds into PD, pretty useful against other archer class (Every 10 LUK should give 1 PD).
I wouldn't use WS Card like SuperAwesomeChef suggested; there's really no fun in a duel when your opponent can't fight back. Don't stack more then 2 TG's. 3+ TG's Stacked makes you loose in percentages. Have more then one Bow also for backup.

I'm not sure what nerfs etc your server may have, so this might not be all accurate n__n;
