Help With Ministrel

Hi, im planning to make a Ministrel on a high rate server, with max stats of 999. Cheesy
The only problem is, i have no idea what-so-ever on how the builds of Minstrel are, I was wondering what build is a good PvP and MvP minstrel with equip.

Can someone please help me?
I need to know the build, equip(+ the card on them).

990 DEX is important for Arrow Vulcan damage, so is 1000 LUK for 100 perfect dodge, and 999 AGI for enough flee to dodge any dex based attacks. You'll want as much VIT as possible, and STR and INT can be disregarded mostly.

As for MVP cards, just get as many as possible, doesn't matter which really.

Irony? (Broken Sarcasm Detector) Some of them are pretty crappy for their insane rareness, and nobody uses drake on a SHR

Since you're playing an SHR and were no psychics, tell us the following:

1) Job Class (We aren't psychics)
2) Build (Specify, many classes tend to have over three builds)
3) Item Rate (Likewise, you are not going to see Full +10 MvP Carded Equipment players on a LR)
4) For What (PvM,PvP,MvP,WoE)
5) Against What (Specify the classes or mobs that you are going against)
6) Custom Items (1337 Wing can give +10 Allstat in a server and give +400 Allstat in another)
7) Other Customizations (Some admins can meddle with skills and items)
Max Level,Stats and rates ( Yeah...)

Geez. Brain damage? I got a feeling that 99.9% of people playing highrates are incabable of brain activity.
Just a few hints: Dex as high as possible gotta be in multiplies of 10, agi enough to get max aspd, rest vit and some str for carry wt. go for maximal delay reduction (put bonus bDelayRate in RMS item search/script and choose what equips are possible for you to get), marc or ED card in armor. Valk shield with thara, f. beret for damage reduction.

And Clown is obviously wrong class for you, because PvP with it is gonna be about skill.

Attention conc adds a set %, it doesn't automatically round to multiples of 10..

1015 * 1.12 = 1136.8, truncated down to 1136 total

= not a multiple of 10

If you want to calculate improve conc beforehand:

x * 1.12 = 1140
x = 1017.857

get 1018 DEX or 993+25

Well, what you posted doesn't have to be 100 true, IC ignores dex from cards.
