Help with hunter

Hi. I have been playing for about 7 or 8 months, an average of a couple hours a day  I think I am trying to go pro LOL
My Hunter is at base level 82, and job level 50.

My Stats are as follows:
STR 10+4
AGI 93+7
VIT 1+2
INT 12+4
DEX 66+24
LUK 6+4

Atk 215+20
Matk 20~25
Hit 172
Crit 4
Def 14+3
Mdef 1+16
Flee 182+2

My equipment is a little lacking, and I want to work on that.

+1 Tights (0)
+1 Shoes(0)

I also have a falcon

I want the character to be a Agi Hunter, focusing on being able to kill monsters to a) get drops, and b) help people level (tanking, etc). I want to kill soils (Mi Gao) and Hillwinds (Harpy?) fast and furious! I use Concentration potion and improved concentration a lot.

What cards should I use if want to increase my speed and attack strength?
What gear should I be trying to get?

First thing I noticed is why are you wearing tights : d especially with that AGI, Get pantie to go with your undershirt.
Try to get things like fire bow, earthen bow, glacial bow and orc archers bow(RMS them if you dont know what they are)

From here, if you want to increase your speed, start raising your dex. There's a bonus with every point that increases your ASPD and those points really add up. Also, instead of using Concentration potions, you should be using Awakening pots. There's a pretty visible difference in your speed with concs vs. awakes.

You're right about your equips being lacking; I recommend buying some new gear before putting cards into any of it. But anyways there's toooons of cards out there that give +1 Agi, but I tried to come up with some that do more than that:

Kukre card (accessory): Agi +2 [you can get 2 of these cards and put them into 2 slotted brooches for a total of +6 agi]
Male thief bug (footgear): Agi +2
Ninetail (garment): Agi +2, Flee +20 if upgraded +9 or higher
Whisper (garment): Flee +20, doesn't actually do anything for your agi but might be helpful if you plan on tanking just from your high flee
