Does Tarot Card of Fate's Chariot Card pierce FCP and break randomly or has that changed with updates to only target Garments and Shoes? I know that previously it would ignore FCP and target the protected items and is even stated on iRO but since that sometimes shows outdated information, I'm not sure anymore?

I think it only breaks shoes and garments

It use to break any gear aside from Accessories, Mids and Lowers...and this was through FCP like the iRO wiki says however I still don't know if that changed or not during any update...

Last time I played, it used to break only garment and shoes if you had FCP since it doesn't cover that two. Without FCP it was like Dreamer said.

Dunno how it's on officials.
