hi guys let me know if sniper can use kiel card at headgear to fast ds spamming? and let me know if working to at clown for spam fast tarot skill /? cos i see same clown have fast spamming tarot like no auto casting...

DS is aspd based
Bragi/Strings with 150 total int is 100% delay reduce , just get soul/spirit 1st to selfbuff
