sniper have many type...
1. Pure Agi... its skill using triple strafe... and have alot of agi and flee...
2. Hybrid Agi falcon.. the same as pure agi but use luk for falcon auto blitzbeats...
3. Trapper... its skill using trap skill...
4. Falcon Assault... attack using Falcon Assault...
   to inc falcon damage using int.. and Falcon Assault will deals a big damage...

the rest is up to you..
what type you want to use...
that type have a good skill if you right to your raise stats...

Falcon assault is a trash build

Generally you'll only be DSing but if you're in bragi you should be sharp shoot spamming.

PvM you should get max dex and max agi, doesn't matter what you put the rest into
WoE/PvP you need to get less agi and focus more on vit, though keep the high dex.

Note: I really don't like ANY kind of Falcon Atacks, so as you can see, i really don't mind if Steel Crow is Lvl. 4. There're too many ways to reduce Falcon Assault or Blitz Beat, so is Better to rely on:
A) Double Strafe.
B) Sharp Shooting.
C) Status Traps.
I have included Ankle Snare (to stop enemy at PvP or WoE), Shokwave (to reduce enemy SP, really painful) and Sandman (to Sleep enemys, almost always work).

For MvP or PvM:
