Yes! That's right! That is a RO test server for everybody. It does not intend to compete in the world full of RO servers but, merely provide a place for players to test their builds or test the game before finding a server to play. Everyone will be mini-gm in the test server. You get a list of commands that you usually will not have on most normal servers. So what are you waiting for? Click here (http://play.ratemyserver.net/ragnarok/index.php) to find out how to take advantage of the new service. Warning: Server will wipe once or twice a month to keep the data size small, do not base your root on the server.
In addition, I don't know how many of you plays Counter Strike but for those of you that does then maybe you want to try our Counter Strike Server as well. I am not a CS player myself so I wouldn't know how to tell you the detail about it. Just read the details and IP from this page here (http://play.ratemyserver.net/cs/index.php).
