What is ThE Property of EF/Asura, and isn't raydric card 20% resistance against neutral ataks not neutral property? ???
Increase resistance to Neutral Property attacks by 20%.
And uh, that'd be physical for the property. Unless the skill says otherwise, it is physical for the champ/monk. The skill info usually tells you too.

I knowz, but for most physical offensive skills they are. I think Champs have a few neutral properties skills though.
Physical has nothing to do with this. Alot of Physical skills take the element of your weapon.
Raydric protects against neutral property which includes all monster non skill attacks, and any attack that doesnt have an element. Asura does not take any element so is effected by ray.
