And max levels?
anyway for 99/70, drops/necromancer.. possibly even fabres.
it all depends on what stat you need.., do you need to round your INT? get necromancer cards. Need more dex? drops. Little too low on VIT? fabres..
there are also cards that increase certain magic skills by 5%, but then again.. rod[4] is outclassed by a lot of others, so I don't recommend them only because there aren't enough 'good' [4] slotted rods.
