Its Relative Simple Question is there a way to hit Ghost Property Monsters Like Gloom Beelze GR whith Asura Strike ?
you cant hit those monsters...they are ghost element and asura strike is force neutral you will just completely miss
if you want to kill those monsters use magic or snipers...
There are ways to change monster's property, however they don't work on boss monsters and players.

You can use change monster property but it won't work on MVP's. /pif
Nope. All you can do is change your FO property. Try cursed water.
