Picking a weapon for MVP asura

Okay. I heard some mixed opinions. Here's what I currently some what understand... all slotted with only AK cards, I know a mixture of mino/skele does more. But this is an all size killer.

+10 Chain / Lich bone wand are the strongest.

But +10 Mace is better when you have more then 100 str... ? not sure if this is true or how it works, can anyone explain this.

I'd suggest using a calculator to find out. Mace > chain and lich bone wand ... Lol never heard a champ was using it. If luna kaleet is available then pick that. Otherwise get a +10 mace and put a maximum of 3 aks in it, not 4. Even three is kind of bad as you know.

I'm sure that Luna Kaleet should be available to most RO servers. That should be the best pick.

LBW is not a really good one unless you have +9 (the extra SP).

As for the card, put a max of 3 AKs and one Minorous. Most of the high-end mvps are large size :c

I forgot about Luna Kaleet, it is available. And I'll probably go on with that and 3 AK's as my weapon.

If anyone knows any more information, let me know. The card drops are 1/2500 on my server I want to make it count.

Then please don't put 3 aks, make it Ak Ak mino. Very few MVPs aren't large, and 2 aks would still hurt them a lot. At least that's what I'll use for my champ.

3ak > 2ak+mino on a luna kaligo.
1+(0.25*3)=1.75 = 175%
[1+(0.25*2)]*[1+0.15]=1.5*1.15=1.725=172.5%
but a race/element and 2 ak pwn more then 3 aks
[1+(0.25*2)]*[1+0.2]=1.5*1.2=1.8=180%

Mace is only better then luna kaligo with gospel because of your low atk, with ~1k or more mace starts to pwn.
with it a 2ak+race+element > all but ofc isn't a good overall weapon since you end doing probably a lot of weapons because of race and element
1.5*1.2*1.2=2.16=216%
4 ak = 2= 200%
3ak+mino > 4 ak
3ak+mino = 1.75*1.15=2.0125=201.25%

Triper, I'd say it's the same, and I wholeheartedly agree with you on the race/ele comment. I didn't say that 3 AK < 2 AK 1 Mino damage-wise, but here's why I'm in favor of getting AK AK mino (for my own champ):
1. He plays a low rate and AKs are probably extremely expensive
2. If he already has 3 AKs he can resell the card or make another luna kaleet (AK AK santa poring for dimensional gorge is good)
3. Even if the MVP isn't large which would be surprising, he'll still deal a lot of damage
4. As the calculator shows, the ~800 hp difference between the asuras is negligible.

I play on a lowish midrate with a deslotter and it makes me laugh each time I see that a champ has 3AKs in his luna kaleet when he could put a race/elemental card instead. I don't get it and I never will, so thanks again for mentioning the measly race/ ele cards that nobody seems to be willing to use for some reason. I feel like shouting "we have a deslotter, use it!"
I have 70 santa poring cards in storage, and they're extremely cheap on our serv yet my friend who doesn't OS the creeps in dimensional gorge won't use one. 5K is the difference between OS-ing and sucking, especially when other champs have variants and OS valk incas.

Anyway, if you attack poor Atroce with a +9 AK AK Goblin luna kaleet here's what he's going to eat:

Slightly better but it's still not much.

Well, the difference is small but some people are lazy to get multiple ak weapons for one shot different monsters or to decard stuff all the time and don't forget that some people go high on INT[+sp] instead of better cast and the small difference becomes a bit high to the point that is 1 less asura in something with a 3 ak instead of +1 asura with 2 ak and a mino.

I personally use 3 ak because I like a overall weapon and the 3º ak makes me get -1 less asura on some mvps just because of the high sp i've and gives me one shot on others.

The ak, mino and race/element card is really more a build thing then really a bad thing. For some the ak works fine for others don't make really a big difference since you still need the same number of asuras to kill stuff.

I can see how it could make a difference as sometimes +1K damage= OS-ing.
Actually I'll see how I react when I buy/ drop more stuff for my champ. I may go for 3 AKs if I have enough money/ enough patience to drop, but as I'm making my champ in order to go to DG and not necessarily in order to MVP rightaway, AK AK strouf and AK AK santa poring will work just fine for now, and are actually better in this particular situation. That said, you do have a point, deslotting is annoying and costs a little money but it's often worth it (if it means OS-ing of course).
I guess it really depends on the situation.
