3rd classes have stat bonuses, they're just different from the ones 2nd jobs/trans get. I think that's what he meant.

As for planning for Arch Bishop, will Renewal even exist in eAthena?

If the 3rd job is implemented correctly, there are 2 outcomes.

1. You change at Priest, you do not get High Priest skills, you suffer an HP penalty of 15%

2. You change at High Priest, you get High Priest skills (that you already learned mind), and suffer no penalty.

1. You change to Arch-Bishop from Priest, you keep your current skills, lose your current job bonuses and get no HP/SP bonus.
2. You change to Arch-Bishop from High Priest, you keep your current skills, lose your current job bonuses and keep the 30% HP/SP bonus you got from going Transclass.

The job bonuses for third classes are awful, I hope Gravity revises them.
