Can someone give me Build for Champion in 999/80 server.

Try asking on your server's forums. Your server is probably overloaded with customs, so we can't help you at all, not to mention you aren't even asking what build you want to be. Universal would be to max asura, TSS, etc. Wear sp increasing items, str, dex, agi, and vit, etc.
