Help with High Priest

My friend want to create a High Priest...
He asked me its stat build, weapon, and how to distribute its skill point because high priest have many skill...

It depends on alot of factors. Are you playing on a Low Rate where things are difficult to attain, or High Rate where anything and everything is easily aquired(or bought)? Do you want a "Battle" or a "Support" Build?
