Hello, I have just started my Asura Champion and currently I am level 79. I think my build is equip is wrong that is why I need some help to help me make my character stronger.. Currently I am Level 79 Job Lvl. 38

My Stats are:(with Blessing and increase Agi)
Str 70+15
Agi 1+10
Vit 20+4
int 20+13
dex 85+22
luck 1+2

My current equipments are(my equipment sucks.. I havnt buy anything for my champ yet because I have just started and doesn't know what to get)
AOE
Pantie
Undershirt
Very2 strong Fire Stunner
2 Gloves
buckler
Sandal of Seeker

I am making an MVP and PVM build.. One of my problem is taht even though I have 85+22 dex my Finger offensive's casting time is still low?(How can I improve this) I also have a hard time leveling up my character can you please suggest some leveling spots and how can I leveling guides.

FO is always slow as hell, is the payback for having phen effect on that. Only at 145+ DEX or something near that you can start to say that it's something fast lols

I hate leveling a Asura champ, it your lucky enough try to find a partnert to help you lvl up cuz FO will take forever ....
