anyone know how to get a well rounded champ that does a decent amount of dmg and does not use a lot of money?

if your an pvp and woe type char, go for xtremity fist type. INT DEX and STR
Well, I don't play champs often but heres something to help.
Asura strike damage increases with STR.
And if you use it you would also want insta-cast, which will need DEX.

But in additionally,asura strike damage will increase through the sp u hav.this means the more int n str u hav the more the damage hav.
U also need dex to insta-cast just liike Amukai talks!
