I have a level 84 ME priest and with buffs my casting time is about 3 seconds. I want to get instant cast, my servers max stats are 99. I have 99+25 with buffs. What are the best possible equips and cards I can get, or that can be bought with out spending too much?
ME priest or ME High priest?
Even if it's just a priest, there isn't a good dmg build involving insta cast.
